Some days ago I was doing 200 kph on the highway when suddenly I lost power and there was a horrible noise of something hitting from the engine.
Oil level is fine. Oil is fine.
Idle seems fine, but when you rev. the engine just a little you hear this hitting noise.
Sparks are fine.
I founded an inlet cam grinded for about 5 mm. They told me that this could be the source for the noise but I can't understand how....

what do you guys think?

For the cam problem, what could be the cause? Is there anything I can do to make sure the oil pump is fine. I have "normal" oil pressure.
Has someone the print or original inlet cam dimensions?

thanks in advance.

It sounds like your timming belt's slipped a few teeth. And the sound you hear is the sound of your valves hitting the pistion! I would recommend you check the timming belt, cos if it slips a few more teeth out it will do permanant dammage.
