Hello, I am from Bulgaria and there was some modifications on my car recently.
The car was previously made by its first owner - he made a 2000 16v turbo conversion (the engine is from Fiat Coupe 2.0 16v t - 195 hp).
Soon after I bought it I started thinking for some additional horse power, but the problem was that the car does not have much traction. What was going to happen if we achieve 220-230 hp with the same traction ?
So I decided to go for a 4x4 conversion.

The first step was finding the donor (It is hard to find Delta Integrale or Alfa Romeo Q4 for spear parts) so I came up with this:

So it was ready to go into the garage. The man who is working on the car is the owner of another Tipo Turbo Integrale "ici". He is a great professionalist.

We decided to use a ceramic clutch that will be able to hold the torque:

Yeah, I forgot to mention that the donor was Fiat Tempra 4x4.
I will try to post a bigger picture of it.
The other fiat is also a Tipo, but the owner put Punto headlights and custom bumper because of the size of the Intercooler he has under it.

Here it is in a more detailed picture:

I will try to post a video from my Tipo Integrale, but the forum requires 5 posts in order to allow URL's in the post...

Yes, I had to. We used the front and rear, the gearbox is also from the Tempra.
The problem was that there is no room for the fuel tank, so we had to make custom one. The spare tyre place was half-cut because the rear diff is now standing there. We also used the oil pan from the Tempra.

After the remap and some measuring of times and hp (not dyno but pretty sure it is accurate enough) the results are:

251hp, 13.64 @ 1/4 mile, 0-100 - 5.45s, the problem is that after a few runs the head gasket is damaged. The reason is weak head bolts probably (stock Fiat Coupe bolts - used x times). Now we have Cometic head gasket, and we are waiting for bolts to arrive.

Here is the Cometic head gasket, we are still waiting the head bolts.

I still dont actually know what the feeling is.. but I hope I will soon.
There is some delay in the bolts delivery, so all we do is waiting :(

Here is the video I wanted to post in the first post:

The bolts are here as I said:

Luckily the cylinder head and block are not affected:

We've been searching for a exhaust camshaft for some time now..
We finaly found one:

We are now ready to put it together, but there will be some remapping, because of the different lift of the inlet camshaft. We put an inlet camshaft from a Non Turbo engine and we replaced the exhaust camshaft with the turbo inlet one.
Now we have a lift of 9.57mm on the inlet camshaft and 8.6mm lift on the exhaust one.

The work on the car is done. It is amazing. Here are some photos:
