Right I will start off this new thread that was suggested. (Hellcat please make it a stickie!! Thanks)

J596MDO

5 door,black,115000miles,completely origional even down to the polished alloys,12 months MOT, taxed and insured. Used as second car and for car club events.

Right who is next - remember for this to work as a true record you must be factual.

MIKE

i'll get mine down then,

K987 HVF
red, 92000 genuine miles for car, have got all the mots, services and every penny ever spent on it in a big folder, but i have put another engine in from my old tipo which had less miles on so i would say it would be around 82000 miles now on the engine. all standard apart from momo alloys but still got original wheels and its got a k&n air filter. unfortunatley it does not have the 'optional extras' recaro seats.

I have owned 3 tipos now but now i only have the one which is

N269LYS

Blue 3 door completely original except for the engine which was replaced for a coupe 2.0 16v turbo the car has done 50 000 miles i believe the engine isnt much different. I have all the receipts from the very first owner upto my ownership now. These include from the purchase of the coupe engine and every single modification to repairs and MOTs.

Best get the Milkbottle up.

L429UHT

White 3 door, Just over 100,000 miles. Engine rebuilt after cam tensioner failed with Mk1 head - reconditioned and supplied by Gaz from Derby. Some what I hope people will agree on are tasteful modifications, such as the black Mk1 wheels with red abarth caps, and original Tipo spoiler. Used as a weekend and show car/money pit. Needs rear arches rebuilding again as the previous fix by a coachworks has started to bubble. Not a happy bunny.

K333 LEO (no idea what the original reg was) bought august '08 from TurboTipo

5 door, White, mark 1. just under 100,000miles. Standard apart from OZ alloys, and optional extra exhaust, on the look out for standard alloys when funds allow. 12 months MoT from October '08.

m626 upp. bought mine 7 months ago, for £400 no tax or mot, but will have next year next yr, stored in heated garage 80000 miles, full of history, alot of money spent on it,

Hello again ! It's been a while. Now for the sedicilovers out there....

1x1992 sedicivalvole 5 door black with recaro interior 152.000km
1x1992 sedicivalvole 5 door black with burgandy red leather interior

the last one i bought last week, its on four room saving tires and has done 192.000km. Engine is not running due to a ignition problem(look for the topic, need help). The whole car's exterior needs a lot of tlc. The vin tell's me that there should be a recaro interior instead of the leather.....so if anyone is interested it's up for sale for i will be swapping it out for the recaro interior....it's in the Netherlands though.

Someone has stolen the skirts and the sedicilogo from the back as well, happily i already sourced these items as well as a set of 7J 16 inch azev rims like on the first one. So i'll be building twins. To finnaly look the same as the first one shown below....

Thats a very nice looking car! Interesting to hear that you have one with the leather - I can understand why you would want Recaros but the leather is pretty rare - I have only seen Sedicis with the leather option in brochures. Any chance of some interior shots of that car?

Ps - Black IS the best colour!!!

Ill do the interior shots tomorrow, it's dark now. The leather is worn but not torn so might be lovingly restored and sold on. I'm silently thinking of a Q4 swap in the future for the second sedici but plans will have to hold because i'm still buiding my 127 sport, then have a 1973 a112 to go and a second 127 sport. So enough projects for now ;), i'd like to make it run though and get a year of MOT for it...

JX...

5 door, black, 128000kms, almost original, no MOT yet, taxed and insured. Used as second car and for car club events.

I'm still here!

Hi everyone!

Haven't been on this site since that awful situation I had with the Sedi's thermostat last summer - he fell out of favour with me after that and I nearly let him go, although when it came to the crunch, I didn't because I knew I would regret it.

He now has about 135K on the clock, but still runs like an absolute dream. He is my daily driver and I doubt I would sell him, because I doubt anything more appealing will ever come along.

He is being taken back to the paintshop in April for a workout, and I am even considering getting him sign written in rally livery - nothing too OTT though. He is eyecatching enough as it is.

Do you know that 'thing' where once you start driving a rare car round, you start seeing them everywhere? E.g, when I have had Fiat X1/9s in the past, you start seeing them absolutely everywhere you go when you're in one!

I have seen ONE other Fiat Tipo of any kind, in real life in the last two years. There is one I occasionally see in our area which is an 'L' reg rusty and dented old banger. The driver of it clearly doesn't notice ME when I drive past him, although I have tried to get his attention!
