Booked in for 2 jobs.

Spoiler into bodyshop to be sprayed up.

Gearstick to be replaced for nice tight gear changes! :)

Gearstick changed. Thanks to the FAST guys who put up with a pig of a job for little reward. Gear changes are now a pleasure, no stiring around for a gear, no wobbling and best of all no up and down movement! From looking at the replaced part it looks like it wasn't long away from falling through!

removed glove box again, to see that the leak is between the new tap and the heater matrix, which is a pain but hopefully not too difficult to fix. taken the tap off and drained the coolant into a bucket. leaving it over night to cool down again, going to try sorting it out tomorrow morning. may need to use some sort of seal on it:confused: luckily i've got a new sealing ring anyway which i didn't use last time like i probably should of:bang:. i think i've got a problem with one of the bolts though but i'll see how it goes.

jus t got ecu re-flashed by the guys at omes to work with the data log, they also made a few changes to get it idle nicer.

pah, I dont have one, do away with it just set the trottle plate bypass and let it warm up before you drive.

That's what I'm doing now. Dunno if the lack of idle valve or it not working correctly (can't remember if it's still connected or not) is the cause of the engine management light coming on from time to time... guess it could be a number of things which can be looked into at a time when it's convenient.

FYI... There no coops being broken with the correct idle valve on ebay. In the mean time, I've contacted a re-seller of air control valves to see if they can provide a new ICV to match original FIAT spec. Should be much, much cheeper.

Not alot still waiting for my new suspension to turn up. why is it you order something they say a week then they send it out to you and you get 2 out of 3 then when you ring up and say your missing a part they then tell you that they have to wait for the part to come from Germany because they are out of stock and that can take upto 2 weeks :bang

i've been giving her a break for a month and my pocket at that, shes been parked up waiting for a new battery as our lass pinched it for her car. im going to strip down my spare gearbox and rebuild it with some new bearings as the one that is on is getting a bit winey, if anyone has a diagram for the gearbox i would be very greatful of a copy.

Mine didn't get into the bodyshop last night.. she decided she didn't want to go so refused to disable her immobiliser uintil the Croma was called for. By then the bodyshop was closed.

She's gone in today though via picking up a colleague from next to a Fiat garage.. Was getting some good looks from the guys on the forecourt washing the new bravos.

I've never looked but is there enough detail in the EPER diagrams?
