I'm a bit confused right now. Is it possible, that I made 160km with 10 liters of Gas ? I noticed, that car does not have it's full strenght like it used to, but it also uses less gas ? Something wrong with the injector ? It's 1.4ie SPI. Please members, write down data about your fuel economy of your Tipos.

160 km and 10 l makes 6,25 l/100 km.
My 1,4 i.e. runs on 8,5 l in urban traffic in summer, about 9 l in winter. I hardly ever warm the engine up to its operating temperature in the town, i.e. it mostly runs overcooled, which makes the engine thirstier.
I only measured the consumption on a longer journey once, and it was about 7 - 7,5 l/100 km on a freeway, driving steady 130 km/h, 4 persons in the car, luggage compartment full.
I think 6,25 l/100 km sounds realistic if you drive with a "feather foot" instead of useless speeding and braking. Continue (y)

Exactly right. I think I made a mistake, when I filled up the tank. I actualy made 230km with 19 liters. That means the average consumption is aprox. 8.2l/100km.

Consumption: 10,16 l/100km (5.359 km and 545 l)
The car? A simple Fiat Tipo 1.4 i.e driven a little bit fast...:D
