They sometimes ended up with Fiat UK staff but often on fleets like rental companies. That would probably only be the first owner though, the subsequent ones may be private individuals.

As with many used Tipo's I found out its another ex "Enterprise Rent A Car" sold by them in March 19 and then 2 more owners since. TBH I am very fussy and to me its not great to have had 2 more owners in just over a year. V5 info now only shows last keeper and garages wont show you the last keeper on the V5 due to data protection.
