I own a 2017 Fiat Tipo that I purchased earlier on this year, but have always been a bit disappointed with the 5" UConnect system that came with the car. I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to replace it with the 7" option that is available?

I contacted Fiat regarding this and they told me it's not something they are willing to do, but they never mentioned if it is possible or not. If anyone has more knowledge on this it would be appreciated.

I would think it just a matter of swapping the units over
As both are fitted in the Tipo you would need the security code for the new unit of cause

It may have to be coded to the car. As in the car told it had that unit installed unless it would pick it up automatically. It would be interesting to see if anyone has done this.
