We obviously don't know how long this Covid-19 business will last, but when it does, some members may be interested in these Tipos.

I'm sure there are other similar offers out there, and to add insult to injury, I couldn't find a link, but Mangoletsi in Allostock near Knutsford in Cheshire had several Tipo "Street" models, pre-registered but with 10 miles or less on the clocks for £9,999.

I considered getting a brand new one and signed up to a website called ‘carwow’ where you enter what car you want and dealers get back to you with their best prices.

I was getting offers of between £9,700 to £10,400 for an Easy spec and around £10,700 for the street model, was tempting to say the least but there’s an awful lot of saving to be had on 2/3yr old cars, for instance, a 17 plate Easy with 20k Miles are currently being advertised at less than £6k depending on where you look and as much as I’d like a brand new car I could do with saving over £3.5k lol.

I brought a Fiat Tipo Mirror in Spain and was really impressed with it so I purchased one in the UK. Here in the UK I have a Tipo Elite and what a fantastic car (diesel) it is with loads of features. Very quick and returns 52 MPG.

The one in Spain was pre reg with 5 Kilometers on and the one here in the UK was a demonstrator with under 2,000 miles on. Both a really good buy.

My Tipo was pre-reg and it was a good deal

Most dealers have a few cars with delivery mileage for about £10,000

I think once the dealers reopen (hopefully) there will be deals, especially if you're not bothered if its a 19,69 or 20 reg as long as it has delivery mileage.

If you're that bothered, spend a few hundred quid on a private plate
