Here’s a strange one...getting back into car after parking for an hour or so when driving off I noticed the main mileage was showing in Km! Speedo reading in Mph as per normal. Trip readings all in km per litre etc both in dash display and touch screen display. Could change speedo to Km and back to Mph but mileage still in Km. Went into settings on touch screen and under settings,units it was set to custom so selected imperial. Now back to miles as normal. I definitely did not alter any settings or buttons to change it etc.....Fiat quirk or was it Italian magic?

I’d guess there was a power interruption. The old Tipo/Tempra digital displays revert to KM if the battery is disconnected, as that’s their factory setting. I’m guessing the trip is the same on the newer cars.

I wouldn’t worry about it, unless it keeps happening - there might be a power drain/problem somewhere if it does.

Just a quirk I suspect..

Or something not properly adapted at the dealer.

My punto got all visual displays adapted to English.. but with Bluetooth I get shouted at in Italian..
