Technical UConnect

Hi there, I’ve had my Tipo for a few months now. And the previous owner has already set the UConnect up with their information. Now I am unable to access it myself. Does anyone know how to wipe the previous owner off the UConnect so I’m able to set it up with my details. Many Thanks

It has to be done by Fiat !,but only takes a few hours once they have the info,mine was a demonstrator so my information was slightly different. Fiat will require an email to customer care with an image of your V5 (to show vin),your driving licence (for id) and with mine the supplying dealer,not sure if you need this ?,but the V5 will show the previous owner.Also set up a Uconnect account online first so they can link the car and account and explain in the email the situation,HTH.
