I have been offered some Spax lowering springs that used to be on a 1.6 Brava for a very ggod price.

They lower 45m but would they fit my HGT 155 with 17's.

Please say yes

Well, I'd like to say yes, but, it looks like the 1.2, 1.4, 1.6 and 1.8's are all interchangeable, but the HGT's are interchangeable with the diesels only !
I could be wrong though, there are far more knowledgeable modders here than me. (says he, with a bog standard HGT :0 )

well. . i hope the hgt springs fior on a 1.6 brava as thats my only hope for lifting the weight of the engine a bit better!

my fiat dealer seemed to think the only difference was the spring rate, as HGT is heavier engine?

If you've got an HGT you need to fit HGT springs!!!
1.6 springs won't fit right!

I may be wrong but i thought the HGT had bigger diameter springs.
