Technical yet more problems

ok im having a love hate relationship with the cinqy...

i have just bought a new head gasket and oil filter, iv just gotta fit em at the weekend... but iv got another problem that has really worried me, i drove the car for about 10 mins b4 and when i stopped there was smoke coming from around the cat pipe..
i havnt a clu y thats happening please help as i think it may b serious

Was it definately smoke could it of been steam???

noooooooooooooooooooooo i think ther is definately a leak in the system near the cat, how much will this cost 2 be repeared???

You sure it's not the joint just after the cat? if it isn't, you're looking at new cat or welding.
