Hi All

hoping someone can help me out, I have a 2008 Fiat Ducato X250 and have replaced the rear top hat discs, fitted new pads, and also fitted new handbrake shoes, it appears that in fitting the shoe retaing springs, a fair wrestle! i have dislodged the handbrake cable nipple from the actuating arm within the drum.
So I have taken it all apart again, and see there is a small wire spring like clip that is supposed to hold the cable nipple in place.
It was a little mangled, and I cannot see how it is supposed to fit.
Anyone any experience they can share , ore even better an image to show me
Hope someone can help, would love to get it all back together.
Is there a s[pecial way of getting the shoe springs on without a wrestle?
Thanks
Andy

I have no personal experience but hope the attachment is useful.
There are some examples on youtube of cars with similar top hat system.
