Hey all. Recently I was driving in town and upon pulling away from a junction my X19 developed "kangaroo-petrol" syndrome - i.e. it jumped forwards every couple of feet. Immediately after coming to a stop at the lights the car died. It started fine but was still the same - it would jump forward - pressing the accelerator would bring the revs to 2000 and then it would lose all power and sometimes cut out. I had to pump the accelerator to get it to move.
One thing I noticed tonight when I tried to start it was the oil pressure gauge started to rise every time I pressed the accelerator. This never happened before and would only rise depending on operating temperature etc. Needless to say the engine still dies 3-5 seconds from being switched on.
Anyone had similar problems that they'd be willing to share and possibly help me with?
