I have a rare Lorenz Convertible, The thought is put 4 wheel discs from a X1-9 on it.
Has any one done this on a 126p?

I started today with some old steering knuckle assemblies. Started working out the front then I will do the rear, as I said any advice

Disc brakes are on, but the front the brake lines are holding pressure at the discs after the peddle is released so getting 2 new ones made tomorrow. Can't afford braided so rubber will have to do the job. I cleaned up the parts in a electrolysis tub powered by a battery charger.

Personally I wouldn't bother with rear discs for road use.
Yes, I have been driving it with just the front conversion and it is much better, and I don't think the rear x1-9 brakes are not workable anyway so I think that's a done deal now.

Best safety upgrade ever, rear brakes standard work well in combo with the X1-9 front brakes
