Well Ladies and Gents, what can I say about this company....
I took the work Fiat Dobló to these guys regarding getting some sort of navigation system fitted. They were very informative on all their products and demonstrated each items features in a friendly and professional manner.
I went for a Pioneer AVIC-X1 system in the end. This unit is absolutely superb, loads of features, very accurate and plays DVDs an extra bonus. The Navigation Company continued with there excellent service whilst fitting the unit. We did have a slight niggle with the locating of the speed pulse wire (which was no fault of the navigation company) because the majority of Fiat dealerships in north London and also Fiat UK where unable to return a simply call with the information we needed, same as usual really!! After some testing and alot of research the guys who fitted the unit John and Darren located the wire and the unit was installed and working.
Once the unit was fitted they weren't happy at the fact that the screen did not fold back straight as part of the dash (stereo housing) was in the way. Personally I was happy with the fitting apart from this minor issue. However they insissted that they would order a new housing and and modify and reupholster it with black leather to finish the job off. Within one week they called me back (without me hassling them) and refitted the unit in its new housing which completed the installation perfectly.

Sorry for the long review guys but I can't stress how good these guys are and its very rare these days to come accross a company which are polite, courteous & professional from buying the product to the final installation of it.
The guy I dealt with was Jonathan Hankin so if theres anything you needed from them tell them that Carmine with the silver Doblo sent you and he will look after you.
