Technical Won’t start!

Hi, today the car was driven out and when we got in to come back, it simply won’t start! A bump eventually got it moving but the power steering wasn’t working. Managed to nurse it home. Switched off engine…. And it won’t start again! The dash lights up, windows etc work but it won’t turn over.
Plugged it in to a reader, no error messages. Tried a new battery. Nothing.
Any ideas?

Earth straps and fuses are a common starting point ( or not) for Fiats.
