How annoying is a freezing cold car in a morning?? I spent 20 minutes this morning just trying to get into the car and getting the ice fron the windscreen!

It also seems the car is far more clunky than normal!

I hate winter! ;)

Matt, why dont you put a tea cosy on your car to keep it warm??

Another few things...

1, You cant work on your car because its too cold and you cant hold your tools properley

2, You have to wait for the weekend to do anything at all because its too dark after work

3, Did I say it was too cold? My fingers hurt. [xx(]

ANTI FREEZE should be in all year around protects you engine from corrosion as well as freezing.

Too dark and cold to flush system out, so I am syphoning a litre at a time out of the header tank and topping up with anti-freeze.

The water is a bit brown and rusty Dave, at least I hope it's rust.;)

Good luck on your Test Ghost.:D

Heard about a quick mod for mopeds that makes them go quicker.

Something about cranked pedals and a chain.

Brickfoot,

Service manual just says 'top up'. Now as they should have dropped the engine out I would have thought that was a big top up. Makes you kinda suspicious that they only dropped the subframe[V]
