Technical Windscreen misting up on right turn-trapped water?

Hi,
Wondering if any of you Fiat 500 experts might help resolve this?
I have a 1970 500 with a 650cc engine fitted.

After it rains, after the windscreen has demisted, when I take a right turn, it mists up immediately.

I'm thinking there must be rain water trapped in the air ducting somewhere which gets displaced when the car tilts on a right turn, the air picks up the moisture and immediately mists up when it hits the cold windscreen.

Just worried there is water trapped in the system which will cause rust.

I guess the water gets in via the vents underneath the rear screen and there should be drain holes in the system so it can drain away? Maybe the holes are blocked? Or could water be elsewhere like in the engine fan cowling?

Any ideas?

Is it the windscreen that mists up or the rear screen?---you mention both in your question.
