Can you tell what it is yet?

Its a pair of Haubenlift Chrom! For those of you who cant speak german, its a pair of gas bonnet lifters. No need now for the strut that has a tendancy to snap. Bought them from the german ebay site. They fite Bravo's Brava's and Marea's. 2nd pic shows that they hold the bonnet in nearly any position.

Just over £20 in total inc delivery in 2 days.

Na - happy with my tuned 1.2. Cheap insurance, easy on the fuel and very nice for a 1.2 too.

Oh nice little addon that. Stilo comes with them as standard and its rather funky, and less hassle.
That original bonnet stay appears to have come from the Tipo (and got knows what before that) and I can remember it being a bit wobbly and loose on that Tipo my dad had
