Technical Why don’t my stereo light turn off

Hi, I have a 2006 fiat grande punto with the Blaupunkt radio , when I turn the ignition off the lights behind the buttons don’t turn off. Because of this I purchased another radio the same. And it was fixed until the other day for no reason it happened again this time the lights where flickering and now they are static (on all the time) I’ve checked the wiring behind the dash and the iso plug but I can’t find any issues. Does anyone know what the issue could be?
