That is one damn good guide!!!! Why don't i have money:(

I've seen some Apex springs in Larkspeed catalogue for £69. Is that a good price? also, what makes of springs are recommended?

Thanks to Bushboy for his guide!:D

I think GSR do the Apex springs for £50 something...

GrpN Catback Exhaust system is here...just need to get the bleeder on now!!

Just remember cheap doesnt mean good ! would you rather make an initial payment for some half decent springs or buy cheap un's and then 3 months later pay out for new shox as well because they are so mis-matched ?

Cinquecento............Its not the size its how you use it!

Im not having a pop! I just meant that given time a product will show its true quality, invariably a cheaper product would indicate a lower quality item. Just because a product lowers a car further, or appears to stiffen up the suspension it doesn't mean that its matched to perform in sync with the other components, hence matched spring & damper kits. From my own personal experiences, cheap springs = rock solid springs, which in turn has lead to knackered dampers, & more expense. Balance the cost against the quality, is something that saves you £20.00 now going to end up costing you £100.00 in the near future? ;)
