Info about my car:
Fiat Punto Grande ca. 2006/20071.2 8v gas

The breather hose is the thinnest hose connecting to the air filter on a little stud.
My hose has almost rottet away, is leaking, taped up, and i want to replace it.
but before i begin i would like to know where it connects to, one end is the filter case but where does the other end go ?
is it hard to replace, or trivial ?

Im planning to buy this one :
OR perhaps THIS ONE ?

Hope you gurus can bring some insight.

On the picture you can see where the other side of the hose is connected to the inlet manifold. The first one you listed is the right one, but you can use any other suitable hose that's sturdy enough to resist a little vacuum. Although the original has an uncommon inside diameter, what I compensated by another smaller hose I stuck inside the bigger one. The replacement is a bit of a fiddly job but feasible.

Here is a update.

I replaced it with a thick fuel hose that has the correct internal diameter, then cut the hose to the correct length.
Fuel hose because it has to be oil resistant.
Length is important so you don't have standing oil accumulating in the hose.
Cleaned oil spill off with some breake cleaner.
I also replace the rubber cuff on the airbox.

now it´s dry again, no oil.

tip : its best to access host connection on the inlet manifold from below the car.
