Need a cam belt kit, main dealers want £138 (just parts) for Stilo 115jtd. Tried e-bay. Are there cheaper parts specialists than main dealers who sell these kits ?

partco are is the best place I have found for parts, but to do the work you need doing needs cam clamps you can do it at home but you will need the tools to do it, 36mm socket, cam clamps and a new water pump while your at it, took mine to my local garage and they sorted it for £170 all in
