General where can i get a seb2 chip?

anybody know where i can find or get ahold of a SEB2 chip for my GT2 punto turbo, ive tried the powerontheroad.net but couldnt seem to get anywhere on the website because the language is a in all italian and the links woudlnt work?
any help if there avalable in the uk would be wickid!
