where are my spark plugs

can you tell me where my spark plugs are. i have a fiat punto n reg 96 1100 55s. and I cant see them in the engine or i can I cant get to em. id like to see em b4 a mechanic gets to em'. does anyone know where i should be looking. dense i know Im sure they're staring me right in the face.

standing at the front of the car.to the right of the main engine part is a black plastic cover with thick wires coming out of it.
these go behind the engine under the air filter housing(big plastic thing)
the wires(HT leads)go to the spark plugs
