When to do a cambelt change

I have just bought the Bravo 1.8 hlx with 45k on the clock. When should I think about getting a cambelt change?

If your car is under warranty, have it changed when the manufacturer's hanbook says so or before the warranty expires; if it's not under warranty, get it done now.
