Wheel refurbishment/modifications, Staffordshire/Derbyshire

I need to get some wheels bored out a little, a dink removed from one and all of them refurbished/refinished, any recommendations or even places I should avoid?

I'm willing to travel or post them off but somewhere in or around Staffordshire (Stoke/Stafford or anywhere in between) or the Buxton end of Derbyshire would be good
