Nah, that's not it. I had thanked it, but it's no longer on my llst, so that's why I suspect it has been deleted.

Um, someone was b!tching about how they were being treated, and ho came out with this gem that was something along the lines of "think of a forum as a room full of people; if you walk into that room with a scowl on your face, are people likely to be freindly, or return the impression they are getting from you?"
