Been kicked out of the house. 9 hours before my final exam

Head tenant lost it with me, over something (once again) that i didn't do.

Landlord is meant to evict me tomorrow.

Wtf? Anyone have any advice / tips?

Unless you've caused damage to property or your actions are a danger to other occupants I don't think you can legally be evicted overnight. Normally requires a court order, and a notice period. Get over to landlordzone and ask in there. Really helpful forum.

Punto is a write off (estimated repair cost = £4400) because it has an abarth kit aparantly.

Only has skirts which are undamaged! How the hell do they choose these body shops?

your allowed to pick your body shop as long as its a registered repair centre... tell insurance to suck the faeces from between your cheeks!

My landlord doesn't know anything of this event yet so i don't understand why the head tenant was telling my they are coming round?

Anyway, This continues. Exam actully went well, having no sleep for 38 hours, i think the exam went so well i'm expecting a 1st

Although i couldn't spell anything in the exam felt sick Being threatened just 9 hours before the exam, i was still in shock really..

Going to move out now and see what happens, if it's all calmed down after a week then i might try to move back in. Other wises i'll have to cancel the rent (shifting my rent to the head tenant ) and i'll have to fill my car with petrol every week.. £££

know the feeling hun, when i was working all my house work was done everyday ironing the lot see now cause i have time i keep saying "it's fine i'll do it tomorrow" even though the fact there is loads of stuff i want done and is depressing the hell out of me i just can't get the motivation to actually do it.

same. had 3 interviews this week, last week i had 2 and the week before i had 5. the jobs are there it just seems that i am not good enough to fill them.
even the counsel refused me a job saying i was not good enough to be a street sweeper.
the way i get refused with jobs you'd think i'd have some really serious convictions against me :/

i'd love a receptionist job and i know i could do it but don't have the job experience to prove it and at 26 i wouldn't get any kind of training position it sucks. would go back to college but i have to pay for my first year and i can't afford it at the mo

heh yeah. maybe when the world changes. like neeny i cant go to college for the same reason. i have a level 1 degree in motor vehicle mechanics but that dont mean jack. garages are only interested if you have level 3 or over. thats a 5 year course.
my problem is theres just too many people out of work applying for the same jobs i am applying for that a far better than me, with all the paperwork to prove it.

i wont get a break unless something happens and loads of jobs get created in my local area that will take on all these lot that has got higher skills than me..
heh gonna be waiting a long time.
still, keep applying for jobs. unfortunately now i am having to apply for jobs i know are wellllll out my league just in shear hope that some one messes up the paperwork and takes me on. lol nothing like wishful thinking.

Have you tried self improvement? Learning doesn't have to be confined to ancient coursework and a teacher that doesn't care.

My work refused me training so screw em, I'm learning, myself via books I've managed to source.

Employers don't care really about paper, if you can prove you can do it they will hire you.

Go to a garage offer your services for free for a week and knock em for six.

yes you can self teach but compared to someone who can prove that they have the knowledge with a degree then your not going to get the job.not when it comes down to 20 people 13 with and 7 without they're going to look at the other 13 first.

And no garage is going to take on someone for free work especially in a mechanics field because of insurance purposes.

Employers are aware degrees are not what, they used to be. Every moron has one these days.

Straight off with the, negativity though. Be proactive, think outside the box. not I can't but I will. Call me unrealistic if you want but there's, nothing stopping you picking up a book and training or retaining yourself, regardless of if you get a bit of paper at the end or not.
