Foolish teenagers on mopeds, not taking their road responsibilities seriously.

I was just at a set of traffic lights, one car in front and bollards either side of me. In the rear view mirror I could see a teenager on a moped coming towards me at about 55mph. I thought this is going to be close if he does not start slowing down soon. I decided to put my foot on the brake pedal to make sure he had seen me stationary. As soon as I put my brake lights on his nose dipped and then the bike started fishtailing around very violently. It looked like he only just stopped in time with nothing to spare.

Then four more of his mates arrived at a more sensible speed, still way over 30mind. I let them all past to play it safe, they went of into the distance, going way to fast, weaving around and farting about like halfwits.

Sadly I think the only way they'll learn is the hard way.

As soon as you saw his nose start to dip you should have put your car in reverse to show your lights, **** him up a little bit more :D

Massive unexpected oversteer in the MG, wasn't even accelerating through the corner, and it was at about 20mph! either greasy road or diesel on road i think. certainly taught me why most MG drivers are slow.

I've got no problem with the back sliding out, it's fun, usually. but when you're 90degrees to the road it's not so good.

Also this forum is extremely white?

severel drivers today wound me up.

1st on drake street in rochdale. as i was driving up to near the top the road bends and another road goes off it on the bend so its like a Y shape. well for some strange reason the whole road seemed to be coverd in oil on my side. i was following the road on the bend to the right and some idiot decides to pull out in-front of me leaving the road that goes off the bend. so i slam on and the back end went completely (the road was also wet threw with the horrible weather today) so i had to fight against oil and rain whilst sliding sideways. just missed the car.

2nd in rochdale down past the swimming baths on john street, heading towards belfield there is a mini roundabout. i indicated to go right and the was no car on the 2nd exit so was my right of way. then some idiot decides to just jump out in-front of me on the 1st exit so again i had to slam on.

3rd was just a few meters after the mini round about there where some parked cars all on the right hand side. there is a new nhs built on the right so now that road is hammerd with parked cars. some dizzy snobby woman in a merc pulled out of the car park without looking came right over onto my side of the road with her front nearside corner so again..... slammed on but i also had to mount the curb to avoid hitting her. she knew she did wrong as she wouldnt even look at me as she went past.

so iv been realy wound up today with other drivers and i know for a fact i can not be blamed on any of the incidents.

just glad i didnt actualy hit any of them........

Went to reverse out of my drive this morning, my mates car is parked agaisnt the kerb and is there alot, looked both ways, kept checking as i always do then wham, look in my mirror and see a green fiesta parked on my rear bumper so put my car back on the drive, only damage is that her car needs a new number plate and my bumper has been pushed in slightly, not cracked though. My mate was in his car ready to move and he didnt even see her so we left it at that, we are paying for the number plate and thats the end of it, not a good start to the day though.

Also coming down with something, achy, sore throught and ears hurt and had a boring long day at college.
