Back hurts, brakes are being a biatch to pull apart but the pistons don't look rusty at all which is a positive.
I do that every week ... Sat/Sun my working week

Yeah it was just out of the blue, I normally work a few weekdays and one day on the weekend, it also happened to fall right after I jacked the car up and I'm not real comfortable with leaving it on axle stands for a long period of time.
It will be ok, I have had mine on axle stands for about 3 months, and it was fine when I got it going again

I hope so, haven't found any rust on the underside of the car but my biggest concern is that rust has pretty much no structural value and if the stands are placed badly we could exacerbate something we haven't noticed.
That and it looks less like its nearly finished :devil:

LOL I live on a pikey housing estate there's allways vans parked outside!

Thing with living here is most houses seem to have some sort of beaten up van and a fairly new car.
annoyingly I have a beaten up landrover and an even more beaten up car LOL! And enough parts in my shed / attic for another very beaten up car
Just read the small print on my insurance policy - will be ringing up and chaning tomorrow :bang:
