haha no, i used to go round matts every sunday to watch topgear... and after i'd be like... maaaaatt, im hungry... take me to kfc

other times id go round to not watch topgear and he'd make he watch ****e films but dominos pizza would make up for that

i made him watch hollyoaks or summit once tho

the block charge is to cover the repair/renewal/decoration/cleaning/maintenance etc of the building's internal structure and contents, such as carpets, rubbish collection, alarm servicing.

both charges are usually quoted as a percentage. depending on the situation there may be other seperate charges that are included to form the overall service charge, such as car parking charges.

Lady on the phone (when i eventually got through) spoke to me like she thought i was some kind of idiot. Only rang up to confirm my details were correct (which they are) to be told that the reason i can't log into their site is because i'm doing it wrong!
