i have bad sinuses anyway, which is why i have a whole host of nose crap in the house! my nose is 80% of the time blocked, and i can rarely breath out of it but its so frustrating and annoying, i had an operation when i was younger but i think it was only a temp fix because i cant actually remember the last time i could take a big deep breath through both my nostrils at once!

and that makes me grumpy

Use your Nasonex every day, should bring down any swelling. But you have to persist with it
