i'll teach you the secret. all you need to do is wait for the xmas party, then buy the lass who processes your expenses a drink (before she's too drunk to remember). chat for an hour, maybe even flirt a bit, and thats all it takes. then as if by magic your expenses will be paid within 3 days and you get an extra £5 for each claim as a "sundry" payment for no apparent reason. :slayer:

lmfao...as with Mike a guy does the expenses for me...however if that's what it takes to get the money they owe me then I guess i'll have to grin and bear it and give it a go!
