made a cracking beef stew and herb dumplings for my little boy(some for me too

Oh and my main grump is there being no carrier bags left at work, rang loads of other stores and none have any spare. rang the area manager and he said the supplier has ran out and the whole company is nearly out too. what kind of image does that give to a customer?
Was better when we could order our own supply no head office gives us a box about every 2 month, its just daft

ive had cystitis for the past few days and as much as i drink to try and flush it out it just wont go away :bang: and i woke up this morning and my back is killing me think it might have got up to my kidneys

oh and also my contraceptive implant is due to come out soon, had it for 3 years. last time i had it changed (had implants for 6 yrs in total) it bled like mad and i couldnt move my arm, it was all bruised and swollen for ages cos it had been in for 3 yrs connective tissue grew onto it inside my arm and they litrally had to RIP it out im thinking of not having another one put back in... but now i cant choose which contraceptive to go for instead :bang:

this pain in my back is getting worse and worse. its on the left of the bottom of my back just below the ribs. im pretty sure its my kidney tbh. pain killers arent helping and no matter how i try and sit it still hurts

You should see the doc on Monday, could be kidney stones. They hurt

i think it might be an infection. if i still have this pain later on tonight or tomorrow i might end up in A & E.. cos its actually crippling me. the codine is finally kicking in now so the pain is easing
