whats it worth?????

as title..........got a "p" plate cinqucento sporting in yellow,got no tax or test,no rust and dents except a couple of trolley dings,excellent runner thats done about 80k(needs a fan belt tighten),needs some attention to the rear brakes(might be just the shoes or needing bleeding),comes with all the usual refinements,and all still working and has a clifford alarm and been lowered a little.i've been offered £100 for it,is this what it's worth?
