IMO they are both a bit steep, but you want something reliable that you are happy with so;

Why only knock off £100 for the cambelt, it'd be around £350 at a fiat garage, so say you want at least 300 back for the cambelt

£2200 for a 1.2 even a low mileage 2001 reg is still exp. but as ive said its up to you to choose what it is that you want, for that price id be looking for a slightly older but still low mileage jtd

nah have to get 1.2 for ins pruposes
its quite high and ive stil witihin a year of driving
so has to be a low engien size for now
also have ben waiing or a black colour and the price although seems steep is nothign new for the london area
also im interested due to the fact its mileage is quite low

the other car wa first offered at 2000 and that is very high, after havign a word it was reduced to 1700 reluctantly
now as a cambelt is required it seems they will be hesistant to reduce it dramatically.
