now its funny but the non turbo can be a bit funny after filling up.couple of times its cut out a few feet from the pump and starts fine and goes no problem

oh the punto never cut out the pump did, it took me long enough to get the hose in without it spitting it out

I have put a fivers worth of petrol in my sei especially when i was at uni and not going far during a weekday however now with a fiver i might as well burn it

With the V6 i might as well burn 20's instead rather than fivers

I am now up to 20 quid a week for petrol from the days of old when it was a fiver

when i had the scooter 3.70 filled the bugger up! Now thats what i call value for money

Don't chuck it in at full speed & park the car in the shade on a hot day. It doesn't eliminate the problem but it helps relive it a little.

I once suffered the embarassment of putting in £1.50. I read the small print on one of the pumps that said you have to put a minimum of x.x litres in, which equated to £1.50 That's when I was poor and drove a Punto..... oh wait, I still do

lol,think most of has(or will be there)
when i came back from oz things were really tight.
i was driving to glasgow every day for work and with a 2 litre engine it was costing me. used to drive behind HGV's to make sure i didnt use to much fuel!
