What do north-westerners like to do in their spare time?

There have been a few options put forward for activities for the north-west meet-up after Xmas. To save arguments, who fancies doing what?

im not too fussed what happens, aslong as theres a bar and a bed for the night i'll go anywhere and do anything

well have we got enough options for a poll - i think the drinking and chillin comes with the stop over really.

maybe we need to throw a few more ideas together first - if people are up for sking then we need to find another activity around that area or a realistic distance.

someone said earlier about seasonal things, we must be carful of that, i know in blackpool where i am its like a ghost town newyear -> easter, are there not anywebsites with good things to do on?
