General What did you do with your Panda today?

Used my Cross's nifty red towing hook for the first time yesterday, to pull a 50 foot ash tree from our farm pond. I had to fell the tree into the pond because it was leaning over it at a crazy angle, and gravity will have its way. Our garden tractor couldn't get enough traction on the lawn to pull it out - the wheels kept skidding - but the Panda just hunkered down and, as the saying goes, Robert is your father's brother.

Maybe I should start a new thread ... 1001 unconventional uses for a Panda.

Went to a WashBox to remove all bird droppings from the car.
It look like this silver car is collecting more of that then the turquoise one.

As I'm feeling better I fitted the rear bumper protector, looks neat.

The last time I used a car for pulling a tree was the company vectra. I remember a sick feeling as the tree started to fall. Thankfully I had (just) left enough room to avoid squashing the car! Needless to say I now have a longer rope. The Panda sounds like its in its element doing such work which is great.

You're braver than I am! I just used the wee yellow beastie to lug the felled tree out of the pond. It growled a bit (well, it's a TwinAir - they do growl) but was well up to the job.

Today the Panda will be a van.
My eldest daughter moved house at the weekend so it will be back and forth to the local dump....... at least it'll be earning its keep!!!

I wish they did the rearguard for the Cross.

They do its in the current accessory catalogue. Just fitted one to Pandattone it matches the sill protectors and is a good and easy fit.

I sold the 17" Abarth's again, 17" is just to big on a Panda.

Visited Viva Zeelanda 2017 near my house. Some 140 cars there and a couple of really nice ones as well. Still the only 312 Panda there.

Yes very cool . There where two of them . Both red but one had silver wheel centers and the other one black.

Visited Viva Zeelanda 2017 near my house. Some 140 cars there and a couple of really nice ones as well. Still the only 312 Panda there.

I didn't know that it was "Viva Zeelanda 2017" time already, most times i'm not aware of those dates.
If i would had known, i would have go.
