What cars have you owned since you started driving?

We were chatting the other day at work about what cars we have all owned sice we first started driving. I have owned quite a few so thought I'd list them all here. Some have been good, others damn awfull!!!!

So first car to present in order are,,,

1. 1983 Mk1 Astra 5dr estate. Me mum gave me this car. Sorry

2. 1984 Mk1 Astra 5dr hatch. 1st car I bought with my hard earned. Sorry

3. 1984 Mk2 Cavalier 5dr hatch. Astra failed MoT, cheap replacement, got written off by some girl pulling out in front of me. Sorry again

4. 1986 Mk2 Astra 5dr hatch. Needed a replacement fast, did the job. Oh dear

5. 1988 Mk2 Astra 3dr GTE. Loved this car, very quick,,,,for people to break into

6. 1986 Mk3 Honda Accord EXi, had everything, cruise, ac etc. Flat cap some where

7. 1991 Citroen BX TZD, Awesome barge.

8. 1991 Mazda 626 GT 16v. Very quick.

9. 1993 Accord 2.3sr. Comfy quick car.

10. 1971 LWB VW Beachbuggy.

11. 1968 VW Beetle, could out drag a Volvo T5

12. 1967 SWB Beach Buggy. 2nd gear wheelies.

13. 1996 Accord Aerodeck. Needed a big car with huge boot space for move.

14. 2004 Honda Jazz SE. 1st car ever owned from brand new.

15. 2006 Civic Sport. Nothing but trouble, hiding behind the looks.

16. 2004 CRV Exec. Fully loaded, stanav, leather. Loved this one, so did the fuel pumps at the petrol staions.

17. 2000 Fiat Brava JTD105 elx. I absolutely love this little car, its got soul, character, and is cheap to run, 600 miles on £45 of diesel. Gonna keep this a while I think, unless a Stilo TD comes up cheap.

5. Peugeot 309 XE "Poogeot" (temporary car as #4 needs some work)

2. VW polo coupe 1.0, first car I got to drive on the road. Blew HG, then sold for a minor profit
3. Rover 100/114i, metro to the unitiated, liked it, but too small
4. Fiat Punto, WOW a nearly modern car.
5. FREE!!Volvo 745 NA, then turbo, then noisy and finally, ebay'd for the rally fund
6. FREE!! Volvo 244dl, red, NA, SORN, nasty rustiness, was mean't to be used for the rally but I err, blew the diff, then gearbox by errr driving it in the fields, sideways
7. Non free Volvo 745, greeny silver. Now lives with a family in Mongolia, sold for a 3x profit, but *Could* have got nearly 15x what i paid for it in mongolia. they seemed to think it was a german exec car and better than a bmw/merc (my amazing marketing skills convinced them)

Im only 20 and have owned the following:

1.) 2003ish - W Fiat Punto mk2 5dr 1.2 8v not a bad little motor but was gonna cost big £'s to put right at next MOT so it went to some scrote .

2.) 2005 - 05 Fiat Punto mk2b 3dr Sporting 1.4 16v Nice car but got bored of getting overtaken and wanted something quicker.

3.) Jan06-Jun06 - 05 Skoda Fabia vRS. The piece of s**t tried to kill me twice with faulty brakes which Skoda CHARGED! me to diagnose .

4.) Jun06-Dec06 - 06 Fiat Grande Punto Sporting JTDm. I lost my job and have a baby due in Feb so needed to clear finance to get a mortgage when I start my new job .

5.) Present - S Alfa Romeo 156 2.0TS with Sports pack and red momo leather. Needed a half decent car with £2000 as the budget bagged a bargain! .

God I couldnt remember all of them in the 37yrs I've been driving but they've been mostly Mini's and Fiats, with every other make possible inbetween.

2. Ford Fiesta as a student - E reg
3. Fiat Punto 75SX in met blue - P plate had from new
4. Fiat Punto Sporting - T plate in yellow ... loved that car
5. Fiat Coupe 20v n/a in red - sadly written off by me in an accident with a motorcyclist
5. Fiat punto Selecta - P plate...awful thing...sooo slow :bang:
6. Currently a P reg Fiat Coupe 20v n/a in yellow :slayer: and
7. Fiat Punto Sporting R reg in burnt Orange...good but not as good as the previous yella - realtively older and many more miles
8. Next, hankering after something convertible and German ... the decision will depend on available budget

1. 1996 Punto SX - Fun little car, but it didn't like the 500 miles I was doing a week... PX'd for...
2. 2002 Renault Megane DCi... Yeah yeah... It's french, but it's more reliable than my Fiat was and besides... it'll take the mileage in its stride. happily potter along at 70mph@2350rpm and 49mpg
