I think it is the round insert thing that goes in the bumper, but don't really know for sure

EDIT- did a search and ghost says it is

Correct, them things on Sportings that surround the upper hole in the front bumper.

yes you can buy them because ive seen a few punto turbo owners use them as bonnet vents/ cold air feeds
