After 9 weeks, I went to collect my new little baby and there it was with the wrong interior colour. I ordered a Bossa Nova White 1.2 Lounge with balck and white check interior with black detail. Instead it was with cream detail. Don't get me wrong it looks great and I was really stuck with which colour way to go with, but husband is not happy. Don't want to wait another 9 weeks for another car. Who do I need to raise a complaint to - direct to the garage or to fiat cust services and ha anyone els ehad a prob like this and how was it resolved???
