Hi all,
I've installed a Weber DMTE 30/32 on my 45 999 Uno instead the single carb, Punto 75 866 Camshaft + electrical fuel pump.
I am missing this unit (picture), Looks like someone took it off the bolts.
So I stay with just the output pipe which I don't know what to connect or block it. I don't know what it's purpose.
first run, everything was ok but it had a problem of going up to 2000 rpm and back to normal idle every 20 seconds.
I took the carburetor apart, cleaned it all and renew all gaskets + rubbers.
When starting the car now, engine revs to the limit without stop so I need to turn it off.
both butterflys of the carb working and it's not open on idle (even when accelerator cable is not attached).
There are 2 more electrical wires goes from the carb which are not connected to anything and I don't know what they do.
Anyone ever fitted this carb to 999 engine and can tell me what to connect to?
Also on the distributor, there's a diaphragm that I need to connect it's vacuum hose to somewhere? I guess on the back of the carb?
