Hi and thanks fer reading this! My '97 1.8ELX Brava packed up yesterday and looks like a fairly quick failure of the waterpump causing the cambelt to jump a tooth or so. Compression is now down on No1 cylinder, the rest are ok apparently. As a bill of £400 is expected i'm considering doing it myself. I'm looking to get the head off and have a look before ordering any parts. Any tips or advice would be much welcome!!
