Technical Water Pump??

hi i have a 96 55s 1.1 and my car dumped all of its water on the road the other day. I had a look under the car and it makes a hissing noise me and my dad think its the water pump but to change that we need to take off the cam belt.However i put some rad weld in my coolant tank and the water has stayed in there.Does any body if this will fix it permanetly or is it just a temporey fix

any input would be appreciated

its a tempory fix,if your SURE its the water pump get a new one plus cam belt & gasket and change it before it goes when you least need it.since your taking the cam belt of its worth changing at the same time

its a tempory fix and check all your pipes and change your thermostat at the same time might as well ???? if your doing the cam belt change the cambelt tensonior they hiss badly untill they warm up

its a tempoary fix but can be permanent depends on what size hole its trying to seal and if you lucky or not lol . i used radwelld on a old rover of mine that sprang a leak sealed it for 3 years and then got rid of car. so dont know how much longer it lasted. but fact you lost allwater sounds liek a big leak so best to get iot done properly you dont want to lose all ya water at 70mph on a motor way
