General Water drain holes/leak onto footwell

Hello
I’ve got a 1999 Fiorino van.
There is water collecting on footwell but I don’t know where it’s coming from or how it’s getting into the vehicle
Does anyone know what could be causing this or where any drain holes are that could be causing this?

Hi

The drains are termed 'duckbills'

As they are rubber tubes shaped like ducksbeak

Squeeze the wider edged..and a load of water and leafmould should pour out

they are located behind the engine and a at the bottom of the windscreen scuttle panel
