wat does TSOGA mean

as i have just read in another thread some 1 has sent there car back under TSOGA is this an agreement of some saughts were in which if you are not happy with the car you may return it.

just guessin here any help would be apreciated

think its something like the sale of goods agreement, that states that the goods (ie the car) must be in good/reasonable condition etc
