could be fluid levels, check them first & top up. Engine oil, brake fluid, water coolant, steering fluid.
Red lights could be many things sadly, levels, loose electrical, dirty and loose sensors, worn items (ie brake disks). But just make sure your fluids are ok first, if it still carries on then check ambients, was it wet, very hot, snow, going up hill down hill, over bumps, round a corner, braking, light on lights off, speed, accelerating, etc.
